Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty – 1 Year
All Unleash products are backed by a 1-year standard warranty, effective from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household usage.
Extended Warranty – 1 Additional Year
Extend your protection for another year by registering your product:

Once verified, your warranty will be extended to 2 years total From date of purchase.
On-Site Service & Support
We offer free Pickup and Drop service for eligible warranty claims.
To raise a warranty request:

Share the required documents:
Purchase Invoice
Extended Warranty ID (if applicable)
Product images/videos
We will arrange a pickup from your registered address after verification
Inspection & Resolution:
If repairable, the product will be serviced using genuine parts
If not repairable, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent model
Resolution Timeline: 10–12 working days from pickup.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
What’s Covered
Under normal household usage, the warranty includes:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Malfunction of components like motors, wiring, or control switches.
Internal failures during the warranty period
Free repair or replacement at Unleash’s discretion.
Pickup and Drop service for eligible cases
Note: The warranty becomes active only upon submission of a valid purchase invoice.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., blades, gaskets, jars, capacitors, plugs)
Performance decline due to motor aging
Physical damage (scratches, dents, cracks, breakage)
Improper use, incorrect installation, or non-compliance with the user manual
Damage from water, rust, corrosion, pests, or environmental conditions
Electrical damage due to power surges, voltage fluctuation, or incompatible sources
Commercial or industrial usage beyond home use.
