Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours and schedule pickup.
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The issue (damage/defect) is reported within 48 hours
The product is unused, in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and the branded box are returned
Warranty or tamper seals must be intact
The item should not show any signs of installation, mishandling, or external damage
We reserve the right to reject a replacement if these criteria are not met.
Once verified, we arrange pickup from your delivery address
On receipt, our team performs a quality check
If eligible, a free replacement is shipped within 2–5 business days
If the product is out of stock, we will offer:
A replacement with an equivalent model, or
A refund (in rare cases, at our discretion)
Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Product is used, damaged by customer, or has signs of installation
Original packaging or parts are missing
Warranty seal or serial number is tampered
Issues reported after the 7-day return window or 48-hour damage window
Problems caused by electrical faults, improper usage, water damage, or external forces
Refunds are not offered by default
In exceptional cases (e.g., product unavailable, no replacement possible), we may issue a refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
