Replacement & Refund Policy

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for issues related to:

  • Defective or non-functional products

  • Damaged or broken items upon delivery

  • Incorrect product received

⚠️ Important:
Customers must report damaged or incorrect product issues within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window may not be accepted.

To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Contact our support team via:

  2. Share:

    • Order ID and purchase invoice

    • Clear images/videos of the issue

    • Optional but helpful: Unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours and schedule pickup.

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The issue (damage/defect) is reported within 48 hours

  • The product is unused, in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and the branded box are returned

  • Warranty or tamper seals must be intact

  • The item should not show any signs of installation, mishandling, or external damage

We reserve the right to reject a replacement if these criteria are not met.

  • Once verified, we arrange pickup from your delivery address

  • On receipt, our team performs a quality check

  • If eligible, a free replacement is shipped within 2–5 business days

  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer:

    • A replacement with an equivalent model, or

    • A refund (in rare cases, at our discretion)

  • Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Product is used, damaged by customer, or has signs of installation

    • Original packaging or parts are missing

    • Warranty seal or serial number is tampered

    • Issues reported after the 7-day return window or 48-hour damage window

    • Problems caused by electrical faults, improper usage, water damage, or external forces

Refunds are not offered by default

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., product unavailable, no replacement possible), we may issue a refund

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
